This apartment is located in central Barcelona, next to Santa María del Mar Church and the Picasso Museum. Las Ramblas are a 10-minute walk away, and the Cathedral and the Palau de la Musica are also within walking distance. Jaume I metro station is 200 metres away, as are many bus routes. The apartment measures 40 m² and is located on the second floor in a building without an elevator. It comprises a living room-diner, 1 bedroom with a double bed, fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. IMPORTANT: a deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival which is refundable upon departure after the apartment has been checked. An additional cleaning charge of EUR 45 is also required. Both these deposits should be paid in cash.

3-Bedroom Apartment - Marina (4+0)

Located 150 metres from the beach between Poblenou and Bogatell metro stations. Apartment measures 88 m² and comprises 2 bedrooms, living room diner, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a nice terrace. Please Note: Once you have made a booking, the apartment agency will contact you to provide clear detailed directions to the apartment and where to collect the keys. IMPORTANT: a deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival, which is refundable upon departure after the apartment has been checked. An additional cleaning charge of EUR 45 is also required. Both these deposits should be paid in cash.
