3 Bedroom Apartment - Sagrada Família (4+0)

A 110m² 3 bedroom apartment (one double, one twin and one single) situated 150 metres from Gaudí’s Sagrada Família, in Barcelona’s Eixample district. The closest metro is Sagrada Família (blue line nº 5 and purple line nº 2) from which you can reach Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and Ciutat Vella (the old town). Please Note: Once you have made a booking, the apartment agency will contact you to provide clear detailed directions to the apartment and where to collect the keys. IMPORTANT: on arrival a EUR 150 deposit is required upon arrival which is refundable upon departure after the apartment has been checked. An additional EUR 40 cleaning charge is also required. Both these deposits should be in cash.
4 Bedroom Apartment - Temple Gaudí (4+0)

Apartment located next to Sagrada Familia. 4 bedrooms ( one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed and 2 with 1 single bed). Kitchen fully equipped. 1 bathroom. The apartment has been recently reformed. 10 minutes by Metro from the city center. Please Note: Once you have made a booking, the apartment agency will contact you to provide clear detailed directions to the apartment and where to collect the keys. IMPORTANT: on arrival a EUR 150 deposit is required upon arrival which is refundable upon departure after the apartment has been checked. An additional EUR 45 cleaning charge is also required. Both these deposits should be in cash.
3-Bedroom Apartment - Sant Pau (5+0)

This apartment is located close to the famous Sagrada Familia and Metro links. It comes with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom.

Please note that the property does not have a reception. Once a reservation is made, a representative of Customer Services will contact guests to make arrangements for check-in at the hotel.

Guests wishing to check in after 21:00 may be liable for an additional surcharge.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 (in cash) per apartment is payable locally at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
