The apartment is located right next to the Arc de Triumf monument in the modernist district of Eixample. This area is residential and close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the large urban Ciutadella Park, and just on the edge of the old town. A short walk will take you to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas. Going by the other side of the Park will lead you to the Olimpic Port where you will find beaches and a vibrant nightlife. The apartment is modern, spacious, bright and airy. It has wooden floors throughout. The 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds. They have both been tastefully decorated, the smaller of the 2 with a Japanese Tatami style. French windows open up onto a little balcony in the master bedroom and the other room has a window that looks onto the internal patio. The living / dining room is spacious and furnished with a sofa, a flat screen TV and a table and chairs. The room is full of natural light thanks to French windows that open up onto a balcony. The kitchen is separate and has all the necessities. The bathroom is large and modern and comes with a full length bathtub. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access.

This apartment is situated in a classic building in the modernist district of L’Eixample. It is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift. Duplex apartment: with 2 double rooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor of the apartment there is a lounge dining room, fully-equipped American kitchen and a small bathroom (only WC). On the upper floor, there are the 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom, to which you gain access by a spiral staircase (this type of staircase is not recommended for small children or older people). There are 3 rooms (1 with a double bed, one with two single beds and one triple), 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine and the other with a bath tub), 2 kitchens (one American style and the other rural style), lounge with two leather sofas and gallery, and a lounge living room with lots of natural light. Additional facilties include a games room with sofa, TV, music system, X-box with steering wheel and games included. The apartment is also equipped with WiFi internet access. Only one part of the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, the rest of the rooms have ceiling ventilators. The floor area is 154 m².
