The apartments are all situated in a modern building equipped with a lift. The building was built in the early twenties of the 19th century and was completely restored in 2004. These elegantly furnished one bedroom apartments have all modern facilities and a beautiful balcony overlooking some of the main central streets of Barcelona. The area has plenty of fashionable restaurants and cafes and elegant shops and is a few minutes' walk from some of Gaudi’s most renowned creations.
