All of the Feelathome Apartments are located within 20 minutes’ walk of Plaza Catalunya, Barcelona’s main square. Most are in the stylish Eixample district. Each apartment has a TV in the living room, and many also have a sofa bed. They have modern kitchens and bathrooms and most have parquet floors. Address: Vila I Vilà, 69 Feelathome Vila Apartment is a nice studio penthouse with private terrace located on the fourth floor of a modernist building with elevator. The apartment offers 40 sqm plus a private sunny terrace of 20 sqm with lovely views of the south side of Barcelona (true luxury in the heart of Barcelona). The studio has an unique space but the double bed is partially separated from the rest. The kitchen and living area share the main space of the apartment, where you can relax watching TV or listening to some music. The terrace is equipped with chairs and a table so you can have a meal and enjoy and relax at any time al fresco, a truly wonderful feature of this apartment. The apartment is located few meters from Paral•lel Avenue, from where one can access in 5-10 minutes walking to Las Ramblas, Port Vell and all the neighbourhoods of Ciutat Vella (Gótico, Raval and Barceloneta). The nearest metro station is Paral•lel, located 50 meters away, from where you can get any tourist attraction in less than 10 minutes trip. Address: Sardenya, 164 Feelathome Sardenya Apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Eixample building with an elevator, close to Estació del Nord and Arc de Triomf, 5-10 minutes walk to El Born, a very trendy area in the Old City, and 10-15 minutes walk to Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Nearest metro station (Arc de Triomf line 1) is located only 150 meters away, from where you can get any tourist area in the city in less than 10 minutes trip. The apartment has two double bedrooms: the master bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed, is a bright pleasant room with plenty of natural light and has two exits to small balconies characteristic of this area of Barcelona. The second bedroom comes with two single beds. Cleaning fee: A mandatory cleaning fee of EUR 40 is not included in the rates and is payable locally. Check-in after 21:00 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 30.

A mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 40 is not included in the rates and is payable on arrival.

A prepayment is required for reservations of 7 nights or more.
