This hotel is located in a square only 50 metres from Las Ramblas, in a lovely refurbished convent dating from 1720. The hotel is actually the oldest in the city and has been functioning since 1840. It enjoys a tranquil location, in a little square, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Las Ramblas. This is an ideal spot from which to explore Barcelona on foot. It is adjacent to the Liceu Theatre and La Boquieria Market. In the surrounding area there is parking, 80 metres from the hotel. The area also boasts excellent public transport connections (bus as well as metro). The nearest metro station is Liceu.
